You are signing up for the full 1-week session. The class runs Monday–Friday, and registration includes all five days. Individual days cannot be selected.
 
Designed for ages 12 and older, this series combines creativity with essential culinary skills as teens dive into the world of advanced cooking and baking. Throughout the week, they’ll master foundational techniques used by professional chef and bakers—from pâte à choux, pastry cream and fine dicing and cooking from scratch. Guided by professional chef instructors, they’ll explore the science behind doughs and emulsions, develop precision and patience and craft main dishes and desserts worthy of a professional.

What To Expect: Hands On Class

You will work in groups of 4 with your own ingredients and equipment– learning to make dough from scratch by hand in a fun, hands-on environment.

  • Work from a classic recipe
  • Classes are roughly 2-3 hours, unless otherwise noted
  • This class will be conducted in our demonstration kitchen

Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable.  We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account if you cancel after the 48 hours, we do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.
