About this experience

Your favorite little chef will love learning all of the different techniques from this one amazing class. We will learn all of the iconic, classic, Italian dishes that you would find at your favorite local Italian restaurant, but how to make them simply at home. Before you know it, your budding chef will be making dinner for you instead of the other way around. In this class, your little chef will learn how to make homemade pasta with the classic Alfredo sauce. How to work with chicken to make the best Parmesan and even tackle a dessert. What is an Italian meal without a little tiramisu for dessert? By the end of the class they will have a whole meal in their repertoire.

Ages 8+

Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
You will work in groups of 4 in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class


Class is roughly 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class
Cooking classes are conducted in our state-of-the-art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor.
Wine, beer and soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class

We cannot make any substations the day of class. thank you for understanding.

Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class.

During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
