About this experience

Explore the flavors of Italy through pasta in our Spring pasta workshop.  You'll make two distinct styles -- spaghettini with bright lemon and arugula, and homemade ricotta gnocchi with asparagus, peas and pancetta.  This class celebrates fresh ingredients, regional flair and the art of pasta mastery.

  • Asparagus, pea and pancetta with gnocchi

Ages 18+

Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
You will work in groups of 4 in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class


Class is roughly 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class
Cooking classes are conducted in our state-of-the-art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor.
Wine, beer and soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class

We cannot make any substations the day of class. thank you for understanding.

Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class.

During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
